Secretary Emergency Services Dr Rizwan Naseer met with Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Saturday and gave her a briefing about the Air Ambulance Project, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Use of helicopter of Chief Minister of Punjab for immediate transfer of patients in case of emergency in Central Punjab were agreed in the meeting.Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif expressed her satisfaction on the Air Ambulance project.Maryam Nawaz said on the occasion that Punjab has got the honor of being the first province to start air ambulance service.
She said that every person's life is precious and Air Ambulance will be able to shift distant patients to big hospitals for treatment.
