According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, Engineer Qazi Muhammad Saleem has filed a petition in the SC, requesting the restoration of electoral symbol 'Bat' and the allocation of reserved seats to independent assembly members who join PTI. The petition argues that revoking PTI's electoral symbol, the"bat," constitutes discriminatory treatment against the country's largest party as foreign reports indicated that PTI's independent candidates received the most votes in the elections.
