The Dauphin County man has been charged with attempted indecent assault and related offenses.
Steven Goldberg, 78, of Lower Paxton, had inappropriate contact with his 7-year-old neighbor over two years' time, police said. A Lower Paxton man exposed himself to a neighbor girl and inappropriately touched her while she visited him at his house and helped with chores, police said in court documents.
Police said the 7-year-old girl visited 78-year-old Steven Goldberg numerous times over the last two years. She talked with him and his wife, watered his garden, and cleared stray leaves from his home in a neighborhood of townhomes and apartment off Locust Lane.
