Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami has lately addressed marriage speculations regarding himself and former Indian tennis player Sania Mirza and declared them completely false, urging cyberciti zens to show responsibility with social media and avoid dragging others into the rumors unnecessarily.
Sania Mirza garnered much attention when her former husband, Shoaib Malik, announced his marriage to Pakistani actress, Sana Javed in January 2024. Months after this shocking announcement, reports surfaced in the media claiming that Sania has found love again and is about to tie the knot with Mohammed Shami.
Recently, Shami reacted to these reports of his wedding with the Indian tennis sensation. While talking with Shubhankar Mishra on his YouTube channel, the 33-year-old cricketer addressed the rumours and asked people to refrain from spreading such blatant lies. Highlighting that people should be responsible on social media, he said:"I urge everyone to be responsible with social media and refrain from spreading such unfounded news.
This statement by the cricketer comes after his and Sania's doctored picture featuring the duo in wedding clothes went viral on the internet. The photo was initially taken at Sania Mirza's wedding to her previous husband, Shoaib Malik, in 2010. However, in the fake photograph, the latter photo was changed to Shami, and it has since become popular on social media.
