ISLAMABAD: Senior leader of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee Saqib Shaheen has warned if their demands were not accepted, protests’ circle could be extended.

He lamented that Indian media is carrying out negative propaganda on this issue, adding that Kashmiri people are demanding their government to accept their legal rights. Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday ordered an immediate release of Rs 23 billion to resolve the issues confronting the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, AJK cabinet members, and senior leadership attended the meeting besides the federal ministers and leaders of the coalition parties.
