ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has directed authorities concerned to allow Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf to hold its public gathering in Islamabad.
Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Amir Farooq, while issuing instructions to the district administration, said that administration should fulfill the conditions that you have to impose, no one’s right of assembly can be taken away. The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court said that everyone has done the meetings, the administration should fix the rules and regulations and conditions.
PTI’s lawyer leader Sher Afzal Marwat said that PTI now want to hold a meeting on April 6 in Islamabad, on which the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court said that party should only take care that there is no riot.
