Due to the infighting and chaos of TTP in Afghanistan, important Commanders of TTP are being mysteriously killed day by day and the internal differences between the TTP and its affiliated terrorist groups have intensified.
There was an uproar in TTP Khawarij Ranks when Abdul Manan Alias Hakeemullah, a member of TTP Shura Malakand in Asadabad District, Kunar, was eliminated.
Terrorist Abdul Manan was involved in several terrorist activities including target killing, landmine blasts, firing at check posts and extortion in Bajaur District. He was the right-hand man of TTP Leader Azmatullah Mehsud in Malakand. In 2014, terrorist Abdul Manan was arrested by the Afghan Government from Nangarhar Province, but after taking over of Kabul by the Afghan Taliban in 2021, terrorist Abdul Manan was released along with other terrorists.
The death of Abdul Manan is being considered as a big blow to the TTP. After killing of Abdul Manan in Afghanistan, it has once again become clear that "Afghanistan's soil is continuously being used by terrorist against Pakistan" and that the Afghan Taliban are providing safe havens to the Khawarijs of the TTP.
