The ATC issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the suspects due to their failure to appear in the court. ATC judge Amjad Ali Shah directed the police to arrest the suspects and produce them in the court.
On November 28, indictment of PTI founder Imran Khan and other accused in the May 9 GHQ attack case was deferred for the fourth time. The hearing was conducted by Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Anti-Terrorism Court in Rawalpindi. During the proceedings, 10 accused filed petitions for acquittal, citing lack of evidence.
