ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet has approved constitution of an inquiry commission to probe allegations of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet has approved constitution of an inquiry commission to probe allegations of the Islamabad High Court judges.
Sources said that the inquiry commission will inquire into the allegations of Islamabad High Court judges and submit its report within 60 days. According to the sources, former Chief Justice Tassaduq Jillani has also been officially contacted and the legal team has also been told that the cabinet has agreed on the name of the former chief justice and the cabinet has given him a full mandate that they can take the help of any agency or institution they need in the investigation.
