With the holidays rapidly approaching, you may find yourself in a last-minute dash to find that perfect gift for someone special on your list. Well, if you’re in L.A. this weekend, you’re in luck: In Todo, a new holiday fair, is offering special gifts by spotlighting artisanal labels all owned by BIPOC creators.
In Todo will run on December 11 and December 12 at the Mack Sennett Studios. The fair was officially launched in 2020 as an online marketplace, but its four founders—Shobha Philips, Kristen Gonzalez, Adele Tetangco, and Aliya Wanek—are excited to be making it an in-person event this year. “As co-founders, we came together back in 2019 and bonded over common experiences of often feeling tokenized or invisible in the fashion industry,” says Philips.
Shoppable categories at the fair will include apparel, handmade crafts, home goods, wellness, beauty, and even specialty foods. Tickets for the event can be purchased online, and cost only $10 for a single day, or $16 for both days. Consider it the perfect destination for finding a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gift.
