The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) registered the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) on Thursday.
The electoral watchdog had issued a notification of the IPP’s registration. On the occasion, IPP Spokesperson Firdous Ashiq Awan said: ‘’On the ballot paper, the IPP’s name and eagle’s symbol will be published’’.
She said that the party will now join the masses in a legal capacity, adding that the public campaign will also speed up with the completion of the registration process.
