Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi has taken notice of the massive rigging in the elections by the resigned Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Liaqat Ali Chattha. An independent inquiry will be conducted into the allegations of election rigging in Rawalpindi Division.

LAHORE: Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi has taken notice of the massive rigging in the elections by the resigned Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Liaqat Ali Chattha. Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi has issued an order to form a high-level committee to inquire into the allegations of election rigging in Rawalpindi Division .

Mohsin Naqvi, while responding to the press conference of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division, said that the real facts related to the allegations regarding irregularities in the general elections will be brought before the nation and an independent inquiry will be conducted into the allegations. On the other hand, while talking to Punjab Information Minister Aamir Mir, he strongly denied the accusations of Commissioner Rawalpindi and said that such accusations can only be made by a fanatic or a person with psychological problems. He said the matter will be fully investigated and there will also be an inquiry as to how a person with such a mindset reached such a high positio
