ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faez Isa and three other judges of the Supreme Court have also received a threatening letter.
Sources said the four letters were received in the Supreme Court on April 1 powder was found in the four letters and threatening figures were drawn. The letters have been handed over to the Counter Terrorism Department.The Registrar’s Office has confirmed receiving threatening letters from 4 judges of the Lahore High Court.
Counter Terrorism Department and police officers reached the Lahore High Court after receiving a threatening letter from the judges of the Lahore High Court and the security of the court has also been tightened.
