Following the defeat of Peshawar Zalmi to Islamabad United in the second Eliminator of the ongoing ninth season of the Pakistan Super League in Karachi, Zalmi’s captain Babar Azam shared his thoughts.
“I think we were in a good position after 10 overs. But our bowling after that was very bad. We weren’t up to the mark and we thought we had won the match,” he stated.Imad Wasim and Haider Ali managed to put together a 98-run partnership for the sixth wicket when United was struggling at 91/5 in their pursuit of 186.

With the scoreboard reading 50/4 after six overs, Azam Khan joined forces with Imad in an effort to stabilize the innings.
