The Atmanzai Jirga in North Waziristan on Sunday announced to run a joint campaign with the Pakistan Army and government to eradicate polio in the region.
The Atmanzai Jirga, comprised of trusted and seasoned leaders, recognized the gravity of the situation and, in a pivotal announcement, pledged to work hand in hand with the authorities.
Collaborating closely with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government and the vigilant Pakistan Army, the Atmanzai Jirga envisioned a region free from the clutches of polio.
