"There was a moment there where I wasn’t calm," he recalled. "I was thinking to myself but I wasn’t telling them, ‘This is a dangerous situation we are in right now.’" Monday afternoon, Collin County Sheriff’s Office released the victims’ names: 60-year-old Jose Dominguez, 34-year-old Julio Bibiano-Gonzalez and 30-year-old Rafael Bibiano-Olea. All of them were from Plano.
Using sonar technology, game wardens and Collin County sheriff’s deputies searched lake waters by boat and air. "It’s one of those storms of a lifetime you don’t want to be in," Decker said.
