Marvin Battles was the fifth suspect arrested in a Fort Worth armed robbery turned deadly shooting.
LISTENMarvin Battles, 19, faces a capital murder charge. He remained jailed on a $500,000 bond. An attorney listed for Battles could not immediately be reached Sunday.
Officers responded to the 3600 block of College Avenue on Aug. 28 and found John Paul Morin dead in his bedroom. Morin died from multiple gunshot wounds, according to Tarrant County medical examiner records.Crime in The News
