Build the job that you want on paper first and look at it regularly. Then tell everyone you know that this is something you’re committed to exploring, and this is the type of role you’d like that will help you leverage your talents in rewarding ways. And most importantly, recognize that you fully deserve this ideal role and are truly worthy of it.
