A fourth woman is suing Dallas developer William Lewald “Bill” Hutchinson, alleging he sexually assaulted her three times over the course of several years....

“These false allegations do nothing but harm legitimate victims of sexual assault, and we look forward to not only clearing Mr. Hutchinson’s name in court, but also pursuing all available legal remedies to address these bad actors,” McCathern said. “It’s sad that the truth is so easily ignored and money is seemingly the only thing that matters to women like this.
The woman had made it clear that she did not want a physical relationship with Hutchinson, but he “constantly brought it up and had tried to pressure her before,” the woman’s attorneys wrote in the lawsuit. Some time after, the woman went to dinner at Virgin Hotels Dallas with Hutchinson, who had set up the dinner as an opportunity for a job, the lawsuit says.
