Four people died as a result of a head-on collision Friday afternoon in Sussex County, police reported Saturday. At around 4 p.m. on Friday, the Andover Township Police Department responded to a reported two-car, head-on collision on Newton-Sparta Road east of Limecrest Road near the Sparta Township line, authorities said.
