In a Facebook post, the PCG said the four were supposed to rescue seven crew members of M/Tug Iroquois.The agency has yet to disclose the identities of the missing personnel. The state weather bureau placed the northern portion of Cagayan under Signal No. 4 as"Egay" barreled through North Luzon on Tuesday.
