Four people, including a juvenile, were arrested and 23 pounds of narcotics were seized this week as part of a drug investigation.
Police said Friday that narcotics officers investigating drugs intended for sale in San Francisco's Tenderloin obtained search warrants for two homes in Oakland along with associated people and vehicles.
