According to the DOH in a statement, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. approved the new COVID-19 Alert Level System classifications of provinces, highly urbanized cities, and independent component cities from November 1 to 15.A total of 89, including Metro Manila, out of the 121 provinces, are currently under Alert Level 1. Meanwhile, 32 areas are placed under Alert Level 2.
Areas under Alert Level 1 permit intrazonal and interzonal travel with no restrictions based on age and comorbidities.
