LUCENA CITY — Three suspected drug pushers were arrested Tuesday and yielded more than P37,000 worth of shabu in buy-bust operations in Calamba City, Laguna.
Anti-illegal drugs operatives first collared Freddie Taopo after he sold P500 worth of shabu to a police agent in Barangay Makiling around 10:45 p.m., the Region 4A police reported Wednesday, Jan. 11.Authorities seized from the suspect four sachets of meth with a Dangerous Drugs Board value of about P17,000.
Earlier, cops busted Carlo Jay Garcia and John Mark Melad in another sting operation in Barangay Turbina at 8:48 p.m. and seized four sachets of shabu worth P20,4000 from the duo.
