According to Isa Avendaño-Umali’s report on Super Radyo dzBB, the DOJ is seeking to file homicide charges against the PDEA agents and direct assault charges against the Philippine National Police officers.in front of a fast-food chain along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City with both saying they were conducting anti-drug operations.
Meanwhile, those who will be facing direct assault charges are Police Corporal, Paul Christian Ganzeda, Police Corporal Honey Besas, Police Major Sandie Caparroso, and Police Major Melvin Merida.Meanwhile, two homicide complaints were dismissed due to lack of evidence.
