Authorities arrested three Chinese nationals for illegally detaining a male victim in Parañaque City on March 17.
MANILA, Philippines — Authorities arrested three Chinese nationals for illegally detaining a male victim in Parañaque City, the Southern Police District reported. SPD said the suspects were arrested on Friday around 6:50 a.m. along C. Santos Street, Barangay Tambo.They were all encoders by profession, identified as Zhao Yinggang, 37; Yan Chao, 28; and Jiang Yin, 28.
According to SPD, the rescue operation was conducted after 29-year-old Sun Shuangshuang reported the suspects at the Tambo substation for the alleged illegal detention of victim Li Hao, 28.
