IDEA Public Schools put on 'America's Healthiest Schools' list from the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.
IDEA Public Schools is celebrating after 133 campuses were recognized on the Alliance for a Healthier Generations’ 2023 list of “America’s Healthiest Schools.
“Providing these meals, providing health services, providing active participation in physical education is really the cornerstone of supporting these scholars not just in the classroom but for the rest of their lives,” Rodriguez said. Out of 781 schools reviewed nationwide, IDEA Public Schools had 133 on the list. Twenty-eight of those schools are here in San Antonio, including:IDEA Carver Academy and College PreparatoryIDEA Ewing Halsell Academy and College PreparatoryIDEA Ingram Hills Academy and College PreparatoryIDEA Monterrey Park Academy and College PreparatoryIDEA Walzem Academy and College Preparatory
