CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Misamis Oriental — A 25-tower township consist of 10,400 housing units that are part of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program will soon rise in Barangay Santa Ana, Tagoloan town in Misamis Oriental, the project developer announced on Wednesday, March 1.

Barangay Santa Ana in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental is only 24.5 kilometers away from the city proper of Cagayan de Oro. The SHFC is the lead government agency tasked to undertake social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket and shall take charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the CMP and the AKPF Program .

Balucan said the construction company they hired has many high-rise buildings in Manila that have the best structural integrity when it comes to their buildings.
