25 police officers say they stumbled upon a man and woman having sex in a public park while they were riding their bikes.
Anyone who chooses to have sex in a public place likely isn’t scared of having an audience. But the crowd that a North Philadelphia man and a Clifton Heights woman allegedly attracted on Tuesday ended up landing them behind bars.
The officers were riding their bikes in Naylor’s Run Park around 4 p.m. when they say they stumbled upon 41-year-old Jennifer Harvey and 37-year-old Richard McBride. Despite the 92-degree weather, police say the two were having sex on a park bench near a baseball diamond.said Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood to Philly.com.
