On June 23, shortly after 9:30 p.m., officers were called to Spring Street and 3rd Avenue and found David Guevara shot multiple times in the head, according to Union County Assistant Prosecutor Bryan Tiscia, who is prosecuting the case. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
