Police in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, found the body of a man and a woman inside the home of former mayor Susan Menard. Authorities have not identified the 'severely decomposed' bodies.

Woonsocket Police Chief Thomas Oates told WPRI that an elderly female and an elderly male were found dead inside the residence on Monday. The home wasOates also confirmed that the home belongs to Susan Menard, who served as Mayor of Woonsocket.
