She has also started unplugging on Saturdays, and she credits the downtime with making her a better entrepreneur.
His solution? Stacking all of his recurring meetings in the same day, so that he reduces the back-and-forth required to bounce between meetings and heads-down work."I quickly found that time blocking this way made it easier for me to carve out larger chunks of time to spend with the people I care about outside the office."CertiStar
