THE Bureau of Immigration announced last Sunday the arrest of 13 Vietnamese nationals found to be illegally operating health spas and clinics in Makati City.
“The audacity of these illegal aliens to be running their in the middle of the Metro,” BI Commissioner Norman G. Tansingco said. They are now facing criminal charges for working without a proper permit or visa in violation of the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940 and for being undocumented aliens, the Commissioner added.
