Previously, if one address in a census block had internet access, the entire census block was considered served for mapping purposes. This led to confusion, delay, and mis-allocation of resources. More granular reporting helps identify gaps.Indiana employs the Dig Once Broadband Corridor Program to reduce administrative delay and cost and to remove barriers that prevent providers from deploying within the right of way of limited access highways.
