CAMP FLORENDO, La Union – Five individuals recovered 11 packs of suspected shabu on the shoreline of Barangay Gayusan, Agno, Pangasinan on Tuesday morning, July 9.

Residents had earlier found a gray sack floating near the rocky shoreline on June 16 containing several aqua blue packs with foreign characters and the words"Cai Yun Li" but paid no attention to them as they thought that they only contained"tawas" or alum, a deodorant. On July 9, they revisited the area and recovered the packages and were turned over to barangay officials who subsequently reported the find to the Agno Municipal Police Station.
