A week after retrieval operations began, the remains of one of the four passengers of the Cessna plane that crashed near Mayon Volcano have been brought down, according to Camalig, Albay Mayor Carlos"Caloy" Baldo."The team expects the arrival of the two more bodies within the day and the other one tomorrow early morning, by which, upon completion, will be turned over to the Scene of the Crime Operatives and the Philippine National Police for further assessment," Baldo added.
Authorities earlier identified those onboard as pilot Capt. Rufino James T. Crisostomo Jr. and crewman Joel G. Martin - both employees of local geothermal firm Energy Development Corporation. The company's Australian technical consultants Simon Chipperfield and Karthi Santhanam were the other victims.
