Two men were shot, one fatally, near a North Side Red Line stop Tuesday morning, Chicago police said.

The 33-year-old was also shot in the back, and taken to St. Francis in critical condition. He later died, police said.The 41-year-old had been walking his dog, and ran a block away to Erik Archambeault's bar for help. Archambeault owns Rogers Park Social, and said he heard the gunshots, which he said have become more common on the Morse-Glenwood corridor.He said he's expressed concerns to police that the uptick in crime is due to newer residents in the neighborhood.
