A man died after a Fort Worth shooting Tuesday that stemmed from a car crash, police said.
Officers were called about 12:30 p.m. to the scene of a shooting at a shopping center in the 9500 block of Sage Meadow Trail, where they found a man wounded. The man, whose name has not been released, died at a hospital, police said. Investigators learned that the man was in a car crash and that he was followed by the other vehicle. Police said the man’s car “became disabled” and that he approached the other vehicle with a handgun when the shooting occurred.
The shooter was being interviewed by authorities, police said. His name was not released, and no arrests have been made.. Hojun Choi covers breaking news.
